Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and professional Site Representative to welcome clients and guide them through our property/site. The ideal candidate will clearly explain the features, layout, and benefits of the site, answer questions, and provide an exceptional client experience to help drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors on-site and provide a warm, professional introduction.

• Conduct guided tours of the property, highlighting key features, amenities, and unique selling points.

• Explain site plans, layouts, pricing, and availability in a clear and engaging manner.

• Answer client questions accurately and provide additional information as needed.

• Maintain the site’s presentation, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.

• Gather feedback from clients and communicate insights to the sales/marketing team.

• Assist with scheduling appointments and follow-ups with potential buyers.

Qualifications:

•       Prior experience in sales, customer service, real estate, or hospitality is preferred. Freshers can apply.

•   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•    Friendly, approachable, professional while showcasing the site.

•    Basic understanding of property/site plans and features.

•    Ability to work weekends or evenings as required for client visits.

  Skills & Competencies:

•    Strong presentation and storytelling skills to engage clients.

•    Ability to answer questions confidently and accurately.

•    Patience, attentiveness, and excellent listening skills.

Location: kinathukadavu, Coimbatore.
Experience Required: 1+ years
