Job Purpose:
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for generating leads from the field, converting them into sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is critical in driving showroom footfall and achieving sales targets through effective communication, market knowledge, and passion for the automobile industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Generate leads through field visits, local market activities, and customer interaction.
2. Build and maintain relationships with potential customers to understand their requirements.
3. Demonstrate and explain vehicle features, specifications, and finance/insurance options.
4. Achieve monthly car sales targets as per business objectives.
5. Ensure timely follow-up with customers to convert inquiries into sales.
6. Maintain proper documentation for sales and ensure customer onboarding process.
7. Stay updated with competitor products and market trends.
8. Provide exceptional customer service before and after sales.
9. Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and marketing campaigns.
10. Coordinate with the sales manager for reporting and performance tracking.
