Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

   • Build relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, hotels, and tourism companies.

   • Generate group bookings and tourist referrals.

2. Partnership Management

   • Collaborate with hotels, guides, and tourism organizations.

   • Negotiate promotional packages and dining deals.

3. Marketing & Promotion

   • Promote the restaurant through social media, travel websites, and tourism platforms.

   • Develop marketing campaigns targeting domestic and international tourists.

4. Group & Event Sales

   • Secure bookings for tour groups, corporate travelers, and special events.

   • Coordinate with restaurant operations to ensure smooth service for large groups.

5. Market Research

   • Monitor tourism trends and customer preferences.

   • Analyze competitors and identify new business opportunities.

6. Customer Relationship Management

   • Maintain relationships with travel partners and repeat customers.

   • Collect feedback and improve guest experiences.

7. Brand Representation

   • Represent the restaurant at tourism fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.

   • Promote the restaurant as a preferred dining destination.

8. Reporting

   • Track sales leads, bookings, partnerships, and marketing campaign results.
