We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth while ensuring team performance and discipline.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets

• Generate and manage leads for buying, selling, and renting properties

• Recruit, train, and mentor real estate agents

• Assist in client negotiations and deal closures

• Conduct property visits with potential clients

• Develop sales strategies and monitor performance metrics

• Organize regular training sessions for team development

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Prepare and review real estate documents (agreements, contracts, etc.)

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

• Track sales data, prepare reports, and manage budgets effectively
