Documentation & Processing: Collect, verify, and process loan applications, ensuring accuracy for faster approval.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with builders, real estate agents, and other referral sources.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor offerings and stay updated on market trends to inform sales strategies
