Job Description – Sales & Marketing Executive Position Sales & Marketing Executive Industry Paper / Tissue Industry Experience Required 2–4 Years (Paper Industry experience preferred)
Salary 25000-30000 per month Location Delhi / NCR Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive for the Paper/Tissue Industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the paper and tissue product segment. Candidates having prior experience in paper, tissue, packaging, or allied industries will be preferred. Key Responsibilities • Generate new business opportunities and develop strong client relationships. • Promote and sell paper/tissue products to distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and corporate clients. • Conduct market research and identify potential customers. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Handle customer inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups. • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery. • Maintain regular communication with existing clients for repeat business. • Visit clients and conduct field sales activities regularly. • Prepare sales reports and update management on business development activities. • Monitor competitor activities and market trends. Skills Required • Good communication and negotiation skills. • Strong marketing and sales abilities. • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email communication. • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. • Self-motivated and target-driven attitude. • Good organizational and follow-up skills. Qualification • Graduate in any discipline. • MBA/Marketing background will be an added advantage. Preferred Candidate Profile • Experience in Paper, Tissue, Packaging, or Paper Board sales preferred. • Candidate should have knowledge of B2B sales processes. • Ability to handle clients independently. • Local market knowledge will be an advantage.
