RESPONSIBILITY-
Business Development & Growth:
Drive sales and distribution of Supply Chain Finance Products (Vendor Finance, Dealer Finance, Bill Discounting, Factoring, etc.) within the Circle.
Identify and onboard anchor clients and their ecosystem (Dealers, Vendors, Distributors).
Achieve assigned business targets in terms of volume, revenue, and profitability.
Client & Channel Relationship Management:
Explore cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in collaboration with other business verticals.
Build strong relationships with corporate clients, anchors, and channel partners.
Portfolio & Risk Management:
Monitor health of the portfolio including delinquencies and exposure limits.
Work closely with credit and risk teams to ensure high quality underwriting and minimal NPAs.
Process & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to internal policies, RBI guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee smooth onboarding, documentation, and disbursal processes.
