Dil is an innovation in how a food-brand can be structured for scale-up. Indians have a diverse palate when it comes to daily meals. It’s very logistically and operationally challenging for a single themed restaurant to cater to multi-cuisine requirements. This leads either to the restaurants concentrating on a few cuisines and missing out on sizable TG or delivering a sub-par specialized experience.
Using existing infrastructure and the capabilities of small and medium sized restaurants, we will be able to cater to the palates of a much wider TG, while ensuring that the entire value chain is enriched.
Job Description
Build relationships with prospective clients
Capable of maintaining good Customer Relationship with existing clients (Retail as well as Corporate)
Must have a hunger to achieve targets and beyond
Analyze market and establish competitive advantages as well as strategize for the customer
Track metrics to ensure targets are hit and maintain good interpersonal relationships
Requirement
Bachelor's degree 1 to 3 years
Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing & Demonstrated sales success
Strong negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
CRM experience will be an advantage
