We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Real Estate Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for generating property sales, handling prospective clients, conducting site visits and converting leads into successful deals.
Key Responsibilities
Understand clients' requirements, budgets and preferred locations.
Promote and sell luxury residential properties, builder floors, villas and apartments in Gurgaon.
Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers.
Follow up with clients regularly through calls and WhatsApp.
Build strong relationships with customers and maintain a professional approach.
Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
Coordinate with the management and sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and client interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of the real estate market.
Ability to handle clients and generate business.
Target-oriented and confident personality.
Good negotiation and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
