Job Description
Paytm is hiring Sales Executives for EDC/POS machine sales in Gurgaon. Candidates will be responsible for acquiring new merchants and helping businesses adopt digital payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit local shops, retail outlets, restaurants, and other businesses.
- Generate leads and sell Paytm EDC/POS card swipe machines.
- Explain product features and benefits to merchants.
- Complete merchant onboarding and documentation.
- Coordinate machine installation and activation.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain good relationships with merchants.
Eligibility
- 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
- Experience in field sales, telecom, banking, fintech, or merchant acquisition is preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Must be comfortable with field sales and local travel.
Salary & Benefits
- CTC up to ₹42,000.
- Monthly incentives up to ₹15,000, subject to performance and applicable policy.
