📍 Job Locations: Gurugram | Manesar | Bilaspur | Bhora Kalan, Haryana
💼 Experience: 1–3 Years
🏢 Industry: FMCG / Beverage / Packaged Drinking Water
⏰ Employment Type: Full-Time

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the retail market in the assigned territory
• Identify and onboard new retail outlets
• Conduct daily market visits and generate orders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Increase product availability and visibility
• Maintain regular business and repeat orders from existing retailers
• Collect payments as per company policy
• Monitor competitor pricing, schemes and market activities
• Maintain daily reports and effective route plans
• Continuously expand the retail network and market presence

🔹 Candidate Profile

✅ 1–3 years of experience in FMCG / Beverage / Packaged Drinking Water / Retail Sales
✅ Strong communication and convincing skills
✅ Field sales & target-based sales experience
✅ Good knowledge of the local retail market
✅ Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
✅ Two-wheeler + valid driving licence preferred
✅ Comfortable with extensive field work
✅ Hardworking and target-oriented
