Job Title: Sales Executive - Two-Wheeler / Motorbike Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Welcome walk-in customers, identify their needs, and explain the features, benefits, and specifications of bikes/scooters.
Sales Target Achievement: Actively work to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs, including the sale of spare parts and accessories.
Demonstration & Test Drives: Conduct test drives and explain vehicle functionality and safety features.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate prices, finalize deals, and convince hesitant buyers to close sales.
Documentation & Financing: Coordinate with the finance department to assist Coordinate with the finance department to assist customers with loan processing, insurance, and vehicle registration paperwork.
Lead Generation & Follow-up: Follow up on leads generated through digital channels, telephone calls, and referrals.
After-Sales Support: Maintain strong client relationships by providing after-sales support, ensuring customer retention, and handling queries/complaints.
Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom floor and inventory are organized, clean, and up-to-date with new product launches.
