We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Officer – Gold Loan to acquire new customers, manage branch-level sales activities, and drive gold loan business growth. The role involves customer interaction, gold appraisal coordination, loan processing, and cross-selling of financial products while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Generate and manage leads for Gold Loan sales through field and branch activities.
Acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Explain gold loan products, interest rates, tenure, and repayment options to customers.
Coordinate gold appraisal and ensure accurate valuation as per company norms.
Complete documentation and ensure smooth processing of gold loan applications.
Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis.
Cross-sell related products such as HL, LAP, personal loans, and insurance (where applicable).
Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal policies.
Maintain customer records and update sales reports regularly.
