We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Field Sales Executive (FSE)to join our team at Paytm. The role requires candidates who are highly skilled in on-ground field sales, building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop field sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 22,000 - ₹ 40,000 and excellent prospects of growth.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Work as a Field Sales Executive (FSE) to market and sell Paytm products, including Paytm Sound Box and Paytm QR Codes, directly to merchants, retailers, and shopkeepers through daily market visits.
​Provide excellent customer service, installation support, and after-sales service to active merchants in the field.
​Cross-sell and promote financial products such as Loans, SIP,Insurance policies and EDC to business owners and customers.
​Close sales through active field methods like cold Merchant Onboarding, Sound Box product demonstrations, and door-to-door field visits.
​Build strong merchant relationships and strictly meet monthly field sales targets.
​Research and develop creative local sales strategies to boost results in the assigned territory.
​Report daily performance metrics, field feedback, and tracking reports to management regularly.
​Maintain and grow the client and merchant database effectively.
​Job Requirements:
​The minimum qualification for this Field Sales Executive (FSE) role is 12th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience (Freshers with a passion for field work are welcome). Strong familiarity with field sales, local geography, and different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in smartphone use and the ability to utilize technology effectively on the field are essential.
