Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate

Location: Wakad, Pune
Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months in Real Estate Sales

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with at least 6 months of experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, be passionate about sales, and be capable of converting leads into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and generate sales through calls and site visits.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

• Schedule and conduct property site visits.

• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into bookings.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM.

• Coordinate with the sales team and management for smooth deal closures.

• Stay updated on project details, market trends, and competitor activities.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

• Target-driven and self-motivated.

• Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good presentation and customer handling skills.

Eligibility

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Real Estate Sales.

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• Candidates with Channel Partner or Developer sales experience will be an added advantage.
