Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and result-oriented professionals with experience in real estate sales to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on real estate leads.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

• Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans.

• Schedule and coordinate property/site visits.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Convert leads into successful property transactions.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead information.

Eligibility

• 6 months to 2 years of experience specifically in Real Estate Sales.

• Candidates with experience in residential or commercial real estate sales are preferred.

• 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good customer-handling and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
