Job Title: Sales Executive (HVAC / Air Conditioning Sales)

Location: Indore (Field Sales)

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Experience: Minimum 2–3 Years

Job Overview

AC Doctor is looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to expand our customer base in Indore. Candidates with prior experience in the HVAC, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Electrical, or Building Services industry will be preferred. The role involves generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.

• Meet residential, commercial, and corporate clients to promote AC Doctor’s services.

• Build relationships with builders, architects, interior designers, facility managers, and business owners.

• Conduct site visits and understand customer requirements.

• Prepare quotations and follow up until deal closure.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth service delivery.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales in CRM/Excel.

• Identify opportunities for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), AC installation, repair, maintenance, and HVAC projects.

• Represent the company professionally and strengthen the AC Doctor brand in the market.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience.

• Experience in HVAC, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Electrical, Facility Management, or Building Materials is highly preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.

• Valid two-wheeler driving license (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Technical knowledge of HVAC systems is an added advantage.

• Existing network with builders, commercial establishments, industries, or corporate clients will be preferred.
