Job Description – Field Sales Executive (Rational)

Department: Sales
Designation: Field Sales Executive

Location: Mahape & Mumbai

Job Purpose:

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for supporting sales activities related to Rational spares and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) by visiting customers, generating leads, and assisting in customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit existing and prospective customers to promote Rational spares and AMC services

• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and approaching customers

• Explain product features, benefits, and service offerings to customers

• Maintain customer interaction records and provide regular updates to the sales team

• Support the sales department in achieving assigned targets

Qualification & Experience:

• Educational Qualification: MBA (Sales and Marketing)

• Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers are encouraged to apply)

• Technical Knowledge:

  • Basic knowledge of Rational products preferred

  • Willingness to undergo product training

Skills & Competencies:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-oriented approach

• Willingness to travel locally for customer visits

• Ability to learn technical product details
