Agent Development & Training: Train agents on company products, sales techniques, and compliance guidelines (e.g., IRDAI standards).
Sales Target Achievement: Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for agents and drive team performance to meet or exceed business targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with agents to improve retention and productivity.
Field Support: Accompany agents on client calls to provide on-field training, support closing deals, and ensure high-quality service.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as activation rates, premium collection, and persistency rates.
