Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads through calls, field visits, and digital outreach

• Pitch solar products & services with clarity and confidence

• Understand customer needs and offer the right solar solutions

• Maintain sales reports, follow-up logs, and daily updates

• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth

• Ensure top-notch customer experience from inquiry to installation

Requirements:

• 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)

• Strong communication & convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of solar products (training provided)

• Ability to travel for field visits

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and team-oriented
