Job Description

We are hiring Graduate Freshers and Experienced Candidates for the Turbo Outbound Sales Process at IDFC FIRST Bank.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers.

- Explain and promote banking products and services.

- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.

- Handle customer queries professionally.

- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

- Maintain accurate customer records.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Any Graduate

- Experience: Freshers and Experienced

- Age Limit: Up to 32 years

- Good communication skills required.

- Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets.

- Candidates with up to 30 days' notice period can apply.

Salary Details

- Freshers: ₹18,000 In-Hand

- BPO Experience: ₹22,000–₹28,000

- Banking Sales Experience: ₹28,000–₹30,000

- Insurance Experience: ₹28,000–₹32,000

Working Details

- Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

- Weekly Off: Sundays and 2nd & 4th Saturdays (Process Dependent)

- Pick & Drop: Thane Station, Borivali Station, Kalyan and Belapur Office

Interview Details

Days: Monday to Friday

Timing: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
