🚨 Urgent Hiring – Retail Store Sales Executive (Bajaj Finance Ltd On-Roll)
We are looking for highly energetic and professional Male Candidates for our retail partner stores. This is a full-time on-roll job with urgent hiring in progress.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- EMI & Financing: Assist walk-in customers with easy installment (EMI) facilities on small appliances.
- Customer Service: Convert purchases to EMI for customers who already hold EMI cards.
- New Card Creation: For customers without EMI cards, create new Bajaj EMI cards and complete product sales with financing.
- Store Assignment: Each candidate will be assigned 12–15 retail stores.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Minimum Graduation (mandatory, no exceptions).
- Age: Maximum 28 years (mandatory, no exceptions).
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.
- CIBIL Score: Candidate must have either a minimum score of 700 or Zero CIBIL/No Credit History (mandatory, no exceptions).
- Gender: Only Male Candidates are eligible.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹17,500 + ₹1,800 (Travel Allowance).
- Other Benefits: PF and ESIC facilities available.
- Incentives: Opportunity to earn unlimited incentives based on performance.
Work Timing & Weekly Off:
- Duty Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
- Weekly Off: One rotational off between Monday–Thursday (mandatory, no exceptions except emergency medical reasons).
