The Opportunity

You will coordinate logistics for prominent Quick Commerce brands like Zomato, Swiggy, Blinkit, and Zepto, as well as E-commerce giants like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Ground Management: Oversee daily field operations, vehicle placement, and driver management across hubs in Kolkata, Dhulagarh, and Serampore.

• Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for our marquee E-commerce and Quick Commerce clients to ensure seamless service delivery.

• SLA Compliance: Monitor and maintain strict compliance with delivery timelines, fulfillment rates, and operational efficiency metrics.

• Driver Onboarding: Source, onboard, and train partner drivers on company protocols and client applications.

• Problem Solving: Address real-time operational bottlenecks, route deviations, and field issues swiftly.
