Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and energetic B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new clients and promoting our solar EPC solutions. The role involves extensive field work, client meetings, and generating business opportunities in the commercial and industrial sector.
The candidate must be comfortable with field sales activities and regular client visits.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities
Approach commercial and industrial clients for solar solutions
Build strong client relationships and long-term partnerships
Field Sales
Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and site visits
Present company products and solar EPC solutions
Follow up with leads and convert them into business
Sales & Coordination
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
Coordinate with internal teams for project execution
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales
Experience in solar EPC / renewable energy / industrial sales preferred
Must have a personal bike and valid driving license
Comfortable with extensive field work and travel
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (Engineering or Marketing preferred)
