0-2 years of experience in field sales
Possess excellent customer service skills
Strong understanding of loan sales
Experience working with banks, NBFCs, or fintech companies.
Willingness and flexibility to travel to Pune regularly.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the solar loans division.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics.
Conduct activities to identify and qualify potential customers.
Conduct on-site visits to assess customers' energy needs and provide personalized recommendations.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes tailored to customers' requirements.
Initiate and maintain relationships with clients and drive sales opportunities.
Ability to manage multiple clients and follow-ups.
Travel frequently to Pune for client meetings, site visits, and partner coordination.
