Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Executive with 2–3 years of relevant sales experience to drive business growth, generate new leads, develop client relationships, and achieve assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
Generate, manage, and follow up on marketing and sales leads.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Conduct client meetings and regular field visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales.
Negotiate with clients and close sales deals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order and service delivery.
Follow up on payments and collections for generated sales.
Maintain regular sales reports and customer records.
Required Skills
2–3 years of relevant experience in Sales / Business Development.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of sales and business development processes.
Strong lead generation and conversion skills.
Comfortable with field sales and client visits.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Good customer relationship management skills.
Candidates from Jewellery, Machinery, Equipment, or related industries will be preferred.
