About the Role
We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Key Account Managers to drive direct sales for our Personal Loan business in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive direct sourcing of Personal Loans through field visits, corporate visits, open-market activities and outbound prospecting
• Acquire and convert customers from lead generation to loan disbursement
• Build and maintain relationships with corporates, SMEs and institutional clients
• Generate salaried Personal Loan leads through corporate accounts
• Manage sales pipeline and achieve monthly disbursement targets
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations and Risk teams for smooth loan processing
• Ensure KYC, compliance and company credit policy adherence
• Provide a seamless customer experience throughout the loan journey

Candidate Requirements
✅ 3+ years of experience in Direct Channel Personal Loan Sales
✅ Experience in NBFC / Financial Services preferred
✅ Strong exposure to B2C, field sales and open-market sourcing
✅ Good knowledge of the Ahmedabad market preferred
✅ Graduate in any discipline
✅ Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills
✅ Maximum age: 33 years
