सेल्स कोऑर्डिनेटर / एग्जीक्यूटिव

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to promote rooftop solar systems under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana. The candidate will generate leads, educate customers about government subsidies, close sales, and coordinate with internal teams until project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Generate new leads through field visits, references, digital platforms, and local marketing.

• Explain the benefits of rooftop solar systems and the PM Surya Ghar Scheme to customers.

• Conduct customer meetings and site visits.

• Prepare quotations and proposals.

• Convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Customer Relationship

• Build strong relationships with residential customers.

• Guide customers throughout the sales process.

• Address customer queries regarding system capacity, pricing, EMI options, and subsidy.

• Follow up with prospective customers until closure.

Documentation & Process Support

• Collect KYC and property documents.

• Assist customers with PM Surya Ghar registration and application.

• Coordinate with documentation and technical teams for approvals.

• Ensure timely submission of all required documents.

Coordination

• Coordinate with the survey team for site inspections.

• Work closely with installation, net metering, and operations teams.

• Keep customers informed about project progress until commissioning.

Reporting

• Maintain daily lead and sales reports.

• Update CRM or Excel with customer details.

• Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.

Eligibility

• 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)

• Experience in sales is preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Sales and customer handling.

• Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

• Smartphone and internet proficiency.

• Basic knowledge of rooftop solar and electricity bills.

• Ability to work in the field.
