Retail Sales Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Retail Sales Officer to promote and facilitate credit card services within retail locations. The role emphasizes customer education, relationship building, accurate processing of applications, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers at assigned retail locations to introduce and explain credit card products.

• Provide clear and accurate information about card features, benefits, fees, and terms & conditions.

• Assist customers in completing credit card applications and ensure all required documentation is collected.

• Verify customer information in line with KYC and compliance requirements.

• Coordinate with internal processing teams to ensure smooth application handling.

• Follow up with customers regarding application status and provide necessary support.

• Maintain proper records and update CRM systems accurately.

• Build and maintain positive working relationships with retail store staff.

• Address customer queries and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner.

• Participate in promotional activities and awareness campaigns as assigned.
