Job Title: Merchant Executive – Airtel Payments Bank
We are looking for a motivated Merchant Executive to join our team for the Airtel Payments Bank project. The role involves visiting shops and businesses to onboard merchants for Airtel Payments Bank Current Accounts and Merchant Speakers. Candidates should be comfortable with field sales, merchant acquisition, and building strong relationships with shop owners.
The position offers an in-hand salary of up to ₹15,000, along with PF and ESI benefits, with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit shops and businesses to promote Airtel Payments Bank products.
Onboard merchants for Current Accounts and Merchant Speakers.
Identify potential merchants and explain product features and benefits.
Build strong relationships with shop owners and business partners.
Achieve daily and monthly onboarding targets.
Follow up with merchants and provide support for onboarding-related issues.
Submit daily sales reports and maintain accurate records.
