🔹 Generate new leads through field visits, open-market activities, malls, retail outlets and other assigned locations.
🔹 Approach potential customers and explain credit card features, benefits, fees and eligibility.
🔹 Acquire new customers and achieve monthly credit-card acquisition/sales targets.
🔹 Collect and verify required KYC and application documents from customers.
🔹 Submit customer applications accurately through the designated process/app.
🔹 Follow up with customers regarding application status, verification and card issuance.
🔹 Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to improve conversion.
🔹 Build and maintain good relationships with customers and local business points.
🔹 Conduct market visits to identify new sales opportunities and potential customer segments.
🔹 Ensure all sales are completed according to the company's KYC, compliance and documentation guidelines.
🔹 Maintain daily records of leads, visits, applications and conversions.
🔹 Coordinate with the branch/team for pending applications and customer queries.
🔹 Provide after-sales support and resolve basic customer concerns.
🔹 Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
🔹 Report daily field activity and sales performance to the reporting manager.
