HIRING: RELATIONSHIP OFFICER – MSME LOANS

Location: Field / Direct Sales Department: Assets – Sales Grade: Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager-I CTC: Up to ₹25,000/month + Fuel Allowance + Mediclaim + Term Insurance

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for experienced and motivated sales professionals for the role of Relationship Officer in MSME / LAP (Loan Against Property) business. The candidate will be responsible for direct market sourcing, client acquisition, and loan portfolio management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source MSME / LAP loan clients through direct market channels as per business targets

• Maintain strict credit discipline and ensure zero default in recovery

• Monitor loan portfolio through regular utilization checks and customer visits

• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures and practices

• Handle accurate and timely record keeping and reporting

• Understand customer needs and resolve queries to ensure satisfaction

• Complete loan contracts including documentation, signatures and fee collection

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Minimum 1 year of experience in MSME / LAP / Secured Loan (DST)

• Must have direct market sourcing experience

• Exposure in Affordable MSME / Affordable LAP is mandatory

• Graduation in any stream is required

• Age limit: Maximum 30 years

• CIBIL Score: 700 or above

• Valid relieving letter from previous employer mandatory

• Employment gap should not exceed 4 months

NOT ELIGIBLE

Candidates from Personal Loan, Credit Card, or Unsecured Loan backgrounds will not be considered. Freshers are not eligible.
