Relationship Officer

The Relationship Officer – Home Loans will be responsible for generating business for home loan products through direct sales, customer relationship management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads for home loan products through field visits, telecalling, references, and marketing activities.

Meet prospective customers to understand their home loan requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to customers.

Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal departments for timely processing and disbursement of loans.

Maintain strong relationships with builders, real estate agents, and channel partners for consistent business generation.

Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory norms during loan processing.

Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: 0–3 years of experience in home loan / mortgage / banking sales preferred (freshers can also apply).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of local market and customer segments.

Result-oriented and self-motivated with a sales-driven attitude.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
