About the Company—GyanDhan: About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Officer to drive business growth for Abroad Education Loans through partner bank branches. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with branch managers and generating leads through regular engagement and support. The Relationship Officer will manage the complete loan process—from lead generation to disbursement. The company will provide a list of assigned branches for consistent relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

● Build and maintain strong relationships with branch managers and branch staff of assigned bank branches.

● Generate leads for abroad education loans through active branch engagement and relationship building.

● Manage the entire loan process—from lead generation and customer interaction to documentation and disbursement.

● Conduct regular branch visits to ensure visibility, training, and consistent business flow.

● Educate and update branch teams on product features and processes.

● Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

● Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales of Banking, financial products, or related

● Graduate in any discipline.

● Must possess a valid driving license.

● Good communication skills in English and the regional language.

● Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.

● Willingness to travel regularly across assigned branches.
