Job Title: Field Business Development Associate (BDA)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Field Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The role involves on-ground recruitment of domestic help (maids) and ensuring their successful onboarding through interviews and training.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field activities to identify and approach potential maid partners
Explain job opportunities, benefits, and onboarding process to candidates
Ensure candidates attend scheduled interviews and training sessions
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential hires
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Track daily progress and meet hiring targets
Requirements:
Strong communication and convincing skills
Comfortable with fieldwork and traveling locally
Ability to meet targets and deadlines
Basic understanding of recruitment/onboarding processes (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in field sales, recruitment, or business development
Familiarity with local areas and communities
