Job description:
We are hiring for Relationship Manager - D2C (Home Loan Sales) for Hyderabad
"Only HOME LOAN FIELD SALES Experience graduates candidates can apply - Minimum 1 Year Exp "
Job Location: Hyderabad - Begumpet
"Must have minimum 1 year experience in Home Loan (Field Sales) Open market & D2C"
Salary Range: 3 LPA - 6 LPA (unlimited Incentives)
Key Responsibilities :
1.Convert home loan leads into appointments and disbursals
2.Manage end-to-end loan process with compliance
3.Sourcing file though dealer, connector and open market
4.Build and maintain relationships with banks & NBFCs
5.Handle client interactions, documentation, and application submission
6.Analyze loan files, assess eligibility, and resolve processing issues
7.Prepare loan proposals and ensure smooth contract completion
Requirements :
1. 1+ year experience in Home Loan/Mortgage/LAP
2.Sourcing file though dealer, connector and open market
3.Strong communication & client handling skills
4.Good understanding of loan processing & financial analysis
5.Detail-oriented with knowledge of compliance & regulations
6.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
7.Graduate (Finance/Business preferred)
