We are looking for a Recruitment & Development Manager to join our team.
The RDM will be responsible for recruiting, training and managing a team of insurance agents/ Financial Consultants to drive Life insurance sales and achieve branch business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Agent Recruitment: Identity, recruit and onboard high potential insurance agents/ Financial Consultants.
Training & Development: Train the recruited agents on Insurance products, sales techniques and compliance guidelines.
Business Generation : guidance motivate the agent team to generate leads and close Life Insurance sales
Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long term relationships with agents and customers to ensure high policy renewal rates(Persistency).
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed the monthly and yearly sales targets assigned by the Branch Manager.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Good communication, networking and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team Management capabilities.
Highly motivated with a result oriented mindset.
Min one year experience in Insurance else Financial Sector.
