Relationship Manager / Loan Sales Executive

Location: Faridabad

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Experience: 2 – 15 years

Job Responsibilities

- Generate business through DSAs, channel partners, CAs, property consultants, builders, and direct clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new business partners.

- Identify and onboard new DSAs, agents, and referral associates.

- Source Business Loans, MSME Loans, Working Capital, Loan Against Property, Project Finance, and other financial products.

- Visit clients, DSAs, CA firms, business establishments, and other potential sources for business generation.

- Understand client financial requirements and suggest suitable loan solutions.

- Coordinate with the credit and banking teams for loan processing and closure.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and business partners.

- Achieve monthly business and revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 2–15 years in loan sales, banking, NBFC, financial services, DSA, or relationship management.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong relationship-building and business development skills.

- Willingness to travel for client and partner meetings.

- Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
