
We are looking for a customer-focused and result-oriented Relationship Manager (RM) to manage and grow relationships with existing and new banking customers. The role involves CASA acquisition, portfolio management, cross-selling banking products, and ensuring high customer satisfaction while achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of retail banking customers
Acquire new Savings & Current Accounts (CASA) through referrals and branch leads
Build long-term relationships and act as a single point of contact for customers
Cross-sell banking products such as FD, RD, Loans, Credit Cards, and Insurance
Ensure completion of KYC and documentation as per bank guidelines
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
Provide after-sales service and resolve customer queries promptly
Coordinate with branch operations team for smooth processing and account servicing
Maintain customer data, interaction records, and MIS
Ensure compliance with banking policies, audit, and regulatory norms
