Job Title: B2B Sales Executive / Manager – Stock Market

Experience: 0-2(Preferably in Financial Services / Broking)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic B2B Sales professional to drive partnerships and business growth in the stock broking domain. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding partners such as sub-brokers, franchisees, Authorized Persons (APs), and business associates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new B2B partners (Sub-brokers, APs, Franchisees)

• Generate leads through networking, references, and market research

• Conduct product presentations and explain broking services, trading platforms, and revenue models

• Onboard and activate partners to ensure revenue generation

• Maintain strong relationships with partners and provide ongoing support

• Drive revenue growth through partner network expansion

• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, RMS, Support) for seamless onboarding

• Track sales performance and meet monthly/quarterly targets

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of stock market, trading, and investment products

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• B2B sales experience (mandatory)

• Relationship management and networking ability

• Target-driven and self-motivated

• Basic understanding of brokerage revenue models

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in Finance, Business, or related field

• NISM certification (added advantage)

• Experience in stock broking / financial services industry

Key Metrics (KPIs):

• Number of partners onboarded

• Partner activation rate

• Revenue generated through B2B channel

• Lead conversion ratio
