Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Senior Sales Executive (Real Estate) to drive property sales, manage client relationships, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in residential/commercial real estate sales and strong closing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through site visits, references, channel partners, and cold calling
Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and investors
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Handle negotiations and close property deals
Maintain database and follow-ups in CRM
Coordinate with legal and documentation teams for smooth closure
Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor projects
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline
3–7 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Residential/Commercial)
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Good knowledge of Gurgaon real estate market
Ability to handle high-value transactions
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Must be comfortable for field sales
