Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate and close sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through various channels.
Handle customer inquiries and provide property information.
Conduct property site visits and client meetings.
Follow up with prospective buyers and convert leads into sales.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales transactions.
Required Skills:
1–5 years of experience in real estate sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline.
