Real Estate Sales Team leader

We are looking for an energetic, target-oriented, and experienced Real Estate Sales Team Leader who can lead a sales team, drive business growth, and consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives.

• Set and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Drive the team towards achieving and exceeding business targets.

• Generate and convert property sales leads into successful bookings.

• Handle customer meetings, property visits, negotiations, and closures.

• Monitor individual team member performance and provide regular guidance.

• Train and mentor team members on sales techniques and property offerings.

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.

• Track leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.

• Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.

• Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, and new projects.

Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years of experience as a Real Estate Sales Team Leader / Sales Manager.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Strong experience in managing and motivating a sales team.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

• Good knowledge of real estate sales and customer handling.

• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.

• Target-driven, confident, energetic, and self-motivated.

• Candidates with experience in Residential / Commercial Real Estate Sales will be preferred.

• Immediate Joiners / Candidates who can join at short notice will be given preference.
