The Builder Bazar is a dedicated Builder Floor platform connecting Builders, Property Dealers, and Buyers across Faridabad and Greater Faridabad. Our mission is to provide verified, updated builder floor inventory while helping real estate professionals grow their business through technology.

## Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and confident Telecallers who can communicate effectively with builders and property dealers. The role involves onboarding new users, verifying property details, maintaining relationships, and helping expand The Builder Bazar network.

## Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to Builders and Property Dealers.

* Introduce The Builder Bazar platform and explain its benefits.

* Convince builders and dealers to register on the platform.

* Verify builder floor inventory and update property information.

* Collect builder and dealer details accurately.

* Schedule follow-up calls and maintain regular communication.

* Maintain daily call reports and update CRM records.

* Coordinate with the field team and data entry team for inventory uploads.

* Resolve basic customer queries regarding the platform.

* Meet daily calling and onboarding targets.

## Daily Performance Targets

* 100–150 outbound calls per day.

* 20–30 meaningful conversations.

* 8–15 builder/dealer registrations.

* 5–10 verified property inventories.

* Complete follow-up with all scheduled prospects.

## Required Skills

* Good communication skills in Hindi.

* Basic English communication is an advantage.

* Confidence in speaking over the phone.

* Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.

* Ability to learn quickly and achieve targets.

* Positive attitude and strong persuasion skills.

## Eligibility

* 12th Pass or Graduate.

* Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

* Experience in Telecalling, Real Estate, Sales, or Customer Support is preferred.
