💼 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: Experience in real estate field sales, or working with construction selling developers preferred
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to strengthen our on-ground presence in Mumbai regions. If you have hands-on experience dealing with developers this role is a great fit for you.
🔹 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
Visit and build strong relationships with developers.
Pitch real estate projects and services to clients and stakeholders
Onboard new projects and property listings
Handle client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups on field
Coordinate site visits and support deal closures
Maintain regular reporting of field activities, leads, and client feedback
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction
🔹 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
Prior experience in real estate field sales, or developer coordination
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently in the field and achieve targets
Comfortable with daily travel across assigned locations
Self-motivated, presentable, and result-driven attitude
