Job Description

We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Executive Trainee to join our team at Kamaksha Consultancy.

which is joint ventures of Upadhyay Flatvila operational since 2010.

The role requires candidate should hard working planning carier in Real Estate industry .

The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 10,000 - ₹ 15,000 and 10% incentive plus prospects of growth and Training in the field of Realtors.

the person will get complete 6 month training within year so he or she will promote as Team leader .

Key Responsibilities:

Close sales through various methods like sourcing property,cold calling, presentations, and door-to-door visits.
Build strong customer relationships and meet sales targets.
Research and develop creative sales strategies to boost results.
Report performance metrics and feedback to management regularly.
Maintain and grow the client database effectively.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and candidate must be a good listener and lerner.

Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

candidate from Ulwe, Nerul, Belapur , uran will get preferred.
