Role & responsibilities :-
Working on leads and convert prospects into successful property sales.
Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
Handle negotiations and ensure smooth closure of property deals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
Ensure proper follow-ups with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Preferred Candidate:-
6 months -2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
Experience in handling property site visits and client meetings.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage client relationships and close deals effectively.
Experience working with real estate developers or channel partner firms will be an added advantage.
