Job Summary

Responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective customers, conducting site visits, presenting project features, handling customer negotiations, and converting enquiries into bookings and sales. The salesperson should consistently achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through field activities, references, digital enquiries, campaigns, and networking.

- Contact and qualify prospective customers based on their requirements and budget.

- Explain project location, specifications, pricing, payment plans, amenities, approvals, and investment benefits.

- Conduct and coordinate customer site visits.

- Build strong relationships with prospects and follow up regularly.

- Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions.

- Negotiate within approved company guidelines and close sales.

- Convert leads into bookings and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, site-visit, and booking information in CRM.

- Coordinate with CRM, SVC, documentation, registration, finance, and other internal teams.

- Ensure proper communication of offers, pricing, terms, and project information to customers.

- Generate referral and repeat business from existing customers.

- Participate in stalls, exhibitions, roadshows, BTL activities, corporate visits, and other marketing campaigns.

- Monitor competitor projects, pricing, offers, and market developments.

- Submit daily activity and sales reports to the reporting manager.

- Follow company sales processes, compliance requirements, and customer service standards.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Good knowledge of local real estate market

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office

- Willingness to travel for field sales activities

Qualification & Experience

- Any degree / Diploma preferred.

- 1–3 years of experience in real estate, banking, automobile, insurance, FMCG, or other field-sales roles preferred.

- Freshers with strong communication and sales ability may also be considered.
