Handle property inquiries and guide customers through the complete sales process
Arrange and conduct property site visits for clients
Explain project details, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients after site visits
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers
Work dedicatedly on each customer to convert leads into successful sales
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal closure
Experience in real estate sales preferred (Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
Good communication and convincing skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven
Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
Professional attitude and presentable personality
This is a purely incentive-based role.
