The ideal candidate should be skilled in building strong customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify prospects, develop effective sales strategies, and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Close sales through various methods such as cold calling, client meetings, site visits, presentations, and door-to-door marketing.

• Generate new leads and convert them into long-term customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Research the market and develop creative sales strategies to increase revenue.

• Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to management.

• Maintain, update, and expand the client database efficiently.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in Real Estate, Banking, Telecom, Insurance, or related sectors.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals independently.

• Strong understanding of different sales techniques and customer handling methods.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage field visits effectively.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software, email communication).

• Smart, presentable, and confident personality.
